What types of images or formats can you work with?
We support a wide range of image inputs to fit your workflow. This includes RAW formats like CR2, CR3, CRW, DNG, NEF, and ARW, as well as JPG files, whether single or multi-exposure. We also handle 360° JPGs, both single and multi-exposure, ensuring flexibility no matter how you capture your content.
What’s the pricing for your editing services?
Thanks to our standardized workflow, we can deliver efficiently and consistently. Final pricing depends on the premium edits you require and the volume of images you need processed. Is your pricing flexible, and are there options for discounts?
Our pricing is flexible, and we only charge for what’s truly needed—like applying additional enhancements only where necessary, not across the entire listing. No hassle, no hidden fees. We make sure everything aligns through a simple intake process, so you get clear and accurate pricing from the start. Discounts are available for larger volumes. What’s your standard turnaround time, and do you offer urgent delivery or SLAs?
Our standard turnaround time for photo editing is 24 hours. When possible, we can prioritize urgent orders to meet tighter deadlines. Yes, we do work with SLAs, and these can be tailored to your needs, just let us know during the intake process, and we’ll find the right setup for you.
Do you charge for corrections or revisions?
Nobody’s perfect, we wish we were! If we’ve made a mistake, corrections are always free of charge until you’re fully satisfied. Revisions, however, are considered a change to the original brief rather than a correction, and are therefore billed separately. There’s no fixed fee for revisions, we believe in fairness and only charge based on the actual amount of work required.
How can I send and receive my files?
We offer several file transfer options—from manual upload and download via STREAM, our online post-production platform to fully integrated, secure transfers through API or SFTP. If you’d like to explore the possibilities in more detail, feel free to check out our Integration page.
Who will I be in contact with? Do I get my own team?
You get two teams for the price of one. You’ll have a dedicated account management and support team for all day-to-day communication and coordination. In addition, you’ll get your own dedicated post-production team, trained to understand and follow your specific requirements. This setup ensures consistent quality and builds a strong foundation for a scalable, long-term partnership.
Do you have any rights to my images?
No, we claim no rights to your images. Everything is 100% copyright-free, with no legal concerns or usage restrictions. Your content remains entirely yours.
How do I pay? Can I receive a monthly invoice?
Choose what works best for you. You can pay per order, but we recommend opting for monthly invoicing. This allows your listings to move smoothly through production without needing approval before each order. You’ll receive a single invoice at the end of each month, which you can easily pay online.
