Do I need to create an account?
No, our trial requires no sign-up or payment information.
What is included in the free test?
One listing, image editing only, standard Bright River specifications.
How long does it take?
The test results are returned within 48-72 hours (business days).
What type of images can I upload?
High-resolution CR2 files are preferred for best results. JPG is accepted but not recommended. We recommend uploading 15-20 images per listing, with a variety of shots. This way, you can really get a feel of our quality.
What happens after the test?
Once your images are ready, we’ll share the results with you. You can review them internally, compare them with your current workflow, and decide whether it makes sense to explore pricing, turnaround, and onboarding.
Can I use my own editing specifications?
Yes, but that is better handled through a direct conversation so we can align on your workflow.
How many images can I upload?
Each listing must contain a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 high-quality images.
Will you use my images publicly?
We will not use any test images you share with us for any purpose other than testing.
