Large volume clients benefit from the ‘On-time & on spec or on us’ promise. We guarantee turnaround times, which can be set on 24h, 12h or overnight. If you need it even faster, we can also deliver as fast as 2 hours. We offer an ‘Over the weekend’ turnaround for less urgent volumes at discounted rates.
Corrections within 3 hours
With a 99% first-time-right ratio, turnaround times can be guaranteed. For the remaining 1%, the efficient Review tool embedded in Stream can be used to add rejection reasons quickly. Rejected images are processed with priority and will be delivered back within 3 hours for large volume clients.

Strict data security policy and protocols
Application & Data Storage
All data is stored on secure servers and the Production environment protected via Firewall Clusters. We perform weekly and monthly security checks.
Physical security
All servers have RAID6 disks and secure data back-ups in another data center. Both locations are closed and compartmented facilities, with restricted access to company employees only.
Data transfer
Both external and internal data transfers are done through (S)FTP or HTTPS. We use two separate data center internet providers for redundancy.
Passwords
Client accounts are encrypted using MD-5 Encryption. Critical applications are protected by IP restrictions or VPN.
Maintenance
Server maintenance is conducted at regular intervals before EU and USA working hours and the system is monitored 24 hours, seven days a week.
HR security
User access to corporate IT systems, networks, applications and information is controlled in accordance with access requirements specified by the relevant Information Asset Owners.
